Hello, everyone!

I'm a resident of Windsor West, living with my wife Rita, my daughter Ella, my son A.J. and my doggie buddy Cashew near Central and Grand Marais, where I run a CPR-training non-profit. In my spare time, I'm a baseball umpire. (I hope you won't hold that against me, but I can take it and keep my cool!)

I grew up in Cambridge and moved to Toronto in 1989 to work for the Blue Jays, battling back from a period of homelessness (thank you, Covenant House) segueing from there into private security, ending my career as the Director Of Training. I kept protecting people by earning my first responders' certificate through Toronto Paramedic Services and taught CPR through them for nearly a decade before discovering and loving Windsor in 2022.

I've learned that good ideas come from all different places, some of them unexpected, and have come to believe that our future is bright if we're smart enough to show our kids that they can improve on the way we've thought and acted so far.

I believe that good ideas come from all kinds of different people, I believe in a government that gets out of your way, that we can't cut our way to a healthy population, and that our future will be bright if we're smart enough to show our kids that they can build and improve on the ways we've thought and acted so far. 
I believe in finding radical new ideas, throwing away the box, and that I don't need to do the same things every other politician does.

Mostly, though, I believe that government should mind its' own business before yours, give you value for your taxes, and most importantly, live by the concept of "first do no harm".
